İnternet Bankacılığına girişte T.C Kimlik / Vergi Numarası ve Şifrenize ek olarak SMS'le 6 haneli Tek Kullanımlık Şifre gönderilmektedir. Bu şifrenin de ekranda girilmesi gerekmektedir.

İnternet Bankacılığına ilk girişinizde sahte sitelere giriş yapmanızı engellemek amacıyla bir güvenlik resmi seçersiniz. Farklı bir resim görüntülendiği durumunda hiçbir işlem yapmayarak, 0850 222 8 222 numaralı Müşteri İletişim Merkezimiz ile iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.

İnternet Bankacılığından yaptığınız bazı finansal işlemler ve güvenlik ayarı değişikliklerini cep telefonunuza gelecek 6 haneli işlem şifresi ile onaylayabilirsiniz. Gönderilen SMS’ler ücretsizdir.

İnternet Bankacılığına her girişinizde son başarılı/başarısız giriş bilgilerinizi giriş yaptığınız tarih ve saat olarak IP adresinizle görebilirsiniz. Böylelikle olağandışı bir giriş bilgisinden haberiniz olur.

İnternet Bankacılığı ortamında, internet üzerinde karşılıklı iki taraf arasında oluşan bilgi alışverişinin belirli bir yöntemle şifrelenerek (128 bit) gerçekleştirilmesini sağlayan protokol kullanılmaktadır.

İnternet Bankacılığı oturumunuzun belirli süre hareketsiz kaldığı durumlarda, güvenliğiniz açısından oturumunuz otomatikman kapatılmaktadır.

  • Please check your account movements. If you detect a transaction which you think does not belong to you, please immediately contact us via 0850 222 82 22 phone line without losing any further time.
  • At each entry to Burgan Internet Branch, please check the last successful entry date and the date of last unsuccessful entry attempt.
