(*) The amount specified as expertise survey fee refers to the minimum expertise survey fee per transaction. Expertise survey fee varies depending on the location, kind and gross area (m2) of the appraised real estate. The costs incurred for expertise survey service and paid to third parties, entities and organizations are collected. It is exempted from BITT (Banking and Insurance Transactions Tax).
- Interest rates given in the table according to certain amount and maturity ranges are valid only for credit facilities to be made available to our Retail Banking customers for acquisition of house by them.
- Interest rates and instalment amounts are given in the table only as an example, and you may get detailed information thereabout from our branches.
- Credit allocation fee is applied at a rate of 0.5% over the credit facility amount.
- Rates of cost given in the Table cover all cost items (interest, credit allocation fee, expertise survey fee, mortgage establishment fee, taxes and funds) except for insurance premiums. DASK, home insurance and annual life insurance are not included therein.
- Our Bank is authorized to unilaterally change and adjust the stated terms and conditions, duration of campaign, interest rates, and service commission rates depending on the changing market conditions, and it is in the discretion of our Bank to or not to make the advantages listed above available to our customers eligible thereinfor.
