Management Strategy
In line with the investment strategy of the fund, a significant part of the portfolio is invested in highly-liquid money and capital markets instruments with a maturity date earlier than 184 days. The daily weighted average maturity of the fund portfolio will not exceed 45 days on any given day. The benchmarking criteria for the fund is 25% KYD Public Debt Securities Indices-91 days + 10% KYD Private Debt Securities Indices (Fixed) + 65% KYD O/N Repo Index-Gross.

Repo transactions in and out of the stock exchange for up to 10% of the market value of suitable assets are allowed in the portfolio. An investment of up to 10% of the total value of the fund is allowed for reverse repo agreements on the stock exchange.

Details of Trading Principles
- From 09:00 to 13:30 (from 09:00 to 10:45 in the case of half-day), participation shares can be purchased or sold over the participation share purchase price announced in the previous work day at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) and applicable for the day.
- From 13:30 to 17:10 (from 10:45 to 13:10 in the case of half-day), participation shares will be purchased or sold over the participation share price announced in the previous work day at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) and applicable for the day. A daily limit of TL 2 million per investor will be applicable for total participation share refund requests through Branch & Alternative Distribution Channels during these hours. During these hours, the number of participation share refund requests by investors is limited to 35 million shares. New participation share purchasing requests by investors within these hours will be unconditionally accepted by Burgan Bank until 15 million shares. In case of purchasing requests exceeding 15 million shares, these requests will be met if participation shares returned to the portfolio are available.
- Trading will be temporarily suspended from 17:10 to 18:00 (from 13:10 to 14:00 in the case of half-day), to prepare for the transactions after 18:00.
- The new price of the participation share will be announced at 18:00 (at 14:00 in the case of half-day).
- From 18:00 (from 14:00 in the case of half-day) to 24:00, the new price will be applied for the investors regarding the participation share purchases. Regarding the participation share sales, the unit price announced on the previous work day at 18:00 (or 14:00 in the case of a half-day) will be applied.
- However, in the situation explained in Clause 5, the participation share unit price announced at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) will be applicable for purchases and sales of participation shares.
- If the purchase price announced at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) is lower than the sale price applicable as of 18:00 (14:00 in the case of a half-day), the sale price will be made equal to the purchase price announced at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of a half-day).
- The new unit price announced at 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) will be applied for the purchase and sale of participation shares from 24:00 to 13:30 on the following day (10:45 in the case of half-day).
- The daily limit for the purchase or sale of participation shares through Alternative Distribution Channels from 18:00 (14:00 in the case of half-day) to 09:00 in the next day and holidays is TL 2 million per investor. During these hours, the number of participation shares sold by investors is limited to 35 million.
- In case of an emergency due to a system error and/or market problems, the price calculation may be later than 18:00 (14:00 in the case of a half-day). In such cases, the purchase and sale of funds will be suspended until the new price is entered into the system.
